Pulled Pork – Not for the faint of heart

I bet many vegetarians are cringing at the sight of this raw pig shoulder.  I must confess though that this post makes me feel al little hypocritical since as a dietetic student I’m supposed to be promoting healthful foods.

This whole leg was able to feed 30 people.

Let’s look at it this way, if you remove the skin and only have a small portion it’s really not so bad.  How can you really say no to meat slow cooked for six hours and falls off the bone?
